A Dallas native, Fred graduated from Cistercian Preparatory school in 1987. He then went on to earn a B.B.A. and J.D. from Southern Methodist University. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1994, and shortly thereafter became the 5th member to join the family law firm, and was named a partner in 2001.
Throughout his time in the legal profession Fred has given back to both the legal community and Dallas as a whole. Through his membership in the Dallas Bar Association Fred served as Chairman of the Probate, Trusts, and Estates section from 2012-2013. He is also a strong supporter of the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and serves as a mentor for the program.
Fred is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Mustang Club. When not practicing law Fred enjoys traveling with his wife and son and also coaching his son’s sports teams
