Once a year Texas Lawyer’s Verdict Search publishes a list of the highest verdict amounts in the state of Texas. This year one of our verdicts was listed as the 19th largest for 2013.

Jim received the great honor of being named the Go-To Lawyer in trust and estates by Texas Lawyer Magazine in 2013. This is the second time he has received this award. The magazine named him the top lawyer in this field because of his hard work, performance, success and devotion to the trust and estates field. In October 2012, Thomson Reuters named Will as one of their Super Lawyers in the trust and estates field. This award recognized Will’s expertise and reputation in the field.

In 2009, the Dallas Bar Association’s Probate Section honored one of our founding attorneys, James Hartnett Sr., with a lifetime achievement award. This award was given due to James’s more than 50 years of dedication and devotion to the Probate community.
